  • Well, I think the guy overpaid. If he had held out for another 6 months, he probably coulda got that baby for 80 mil. However, my congrats go out to the Agent on that deal who, if s/he collected his standard 3%, will soon be depositing a cool $3 mil into the bank. BooYa!!

  • I watched the show one time, felt I had to give Sarah a chance. It wasn't the one where she shot the caribou, it was the one with Kate plus 8. (Although, after 10 minutes of listening to Kate whine, I was ready to shoot myself).

  • Actually, if you have a teenager, this is a pretty good show to watch. Sure, it's sensationalized at points, but it does a pretty good job of accurately depicting what teen pregnancy is about and the effect it has on everyone's lives.

  • If she filed suit against him for that, I'm guessing there is a WHOLE lot more to this story that we don't know about. He's claiming he checked her email to protect her kids from neglect? Ok, I thought feeding kids and spending time with them was a good way to do that.
